Return Policy

We want happy customers! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order visit our Easy Returns process listed below. Need more help? Email us at customerservice@mediajet.com so we can assist you with your return.

1. Purchased using credit? Mediajet.com must receive all returned products within 30 days of purchase. Products returned after 30 days will be processed as a return for repair or exchange.  This may affect the credit you receive.
2. Send returned products double boxed (place the product inside a separate box). Make sure to include prepaid freight and a copy of the invoice.
3. Ship returning products in the original packaging. Please include all parts, accessories, and manuals.  Ink cartridges and maintenance boxes must be unopened and in the condition they were delivered in.  All products will be  analyzed to determine condition and rule out defects.  .
4. Shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
